Description

This presentation is a point-counterpoint debate between pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic approaches to pediatric emergence delirium. We review the risk factors, validated assessment tools, and current evidence supporting each approach.

3. Evaluate the evidence base for non-pharmacologic interventions in the prevention and management of pediatric emergence delirium.
