We will be discussing a 78-year-old female with right upper extremity weakness.

Objectives
Evaluate focal upper extremity weakness using neurologic examination to localize the lesion and identify signs concerning for acute stroke.Differentiate potential vascular etiologies based on clinical presentation and neuroimaging findings.
Discuss acute management and secondary prevention strategies for ischemic stroke, including indications for advanced vascular imaging and specialty consultation.
