Objectives

1. Distinguish between transactional feedback and longitudinal coaching relationships within the CBME paradigm to foster a more effective educational alliance.
2. Apply evidence-based "in-the-moment" models to deliver timely, specific, and behavior-focused guidance that fits into a busy clinical workflow.
3. Construct high-quality narrative assessments to provide actionable "decision support" for Clinical Competency Committees and specific growth for learners.
