Objectives
1) Participants will learn how early adversity and trauma negative impacts sleep to undermine long-term mental health.
2) Participants will be introduced to a dimensional model for conceptualizing the impacts of early adversity and trauma on sleep health.
3) Participants will be introduced to a trauma-informed conceptual model for addressing poor sleep in children exposed to early adversity and trauma.
