1. Select patients for imaging-based thrombolysis at 4.5–24 hours.
2. Appraise the evidence behind selecting 6–24 hour thrombectomy patients on non-contrast CT alone, including the large-core indication.
3. Explain the rationale for including pediatric stroke in the guidelines.
