Objectives

Integrate clinical examination findings with neuroimaging to localize vascular lesions and identify potential explanations for discordant clinical and radiographic findings.

Analyze discordant examination and imaging findings by developing a differential diagnosis that considers alternative vascular territories, lesion evolution, imaging limitations, and stroke mimics.

Synthesize multidisciplinary perspectives from Neurology, Neurosurgery, nursing, residents, and medical students to develop a cohesive diagnostic assessment and evidence-based management approach for complex neurovascular cases.
