We will be discussing how to synthesize discordant exam and imaging findings.

Objectives
Determine whether a patient’s clinical findings are best explained by a single unifying diagnosis or by multiple concurrent processes, using the temporal course, examination, and diagnostic data.
Recognize clinical features that support or challenge a unifying diagnosis, including findings that are anatomically inconsistent, occur at different time points, or suggest distinct pathophysiologic mechanisms.
Develop and defend a prioritized diagnostic framework that integrates competing diagnoses and guides further evaluation and management in complex neurovascular presentations.
