Objectives
1. Understand the potential utility of muscarinic receptor activators for treatment of schizophrenia.
2. Understand the different mechanisms of action by which activators of M1 and M4 subtypes of muscaric receptors may provide efficacy in treatment of different symptoms of schizophrenia.
3. Understand the unique properties of positive allosteric modulators of muscarinic receptors that make them suitable as potential therapeutic agents.
