Description

The pathophysiology, clinical, histopathologic, immunohistochemical and laboratory findings of MGCS will be reviewed. MGCS will be categorized as those with immunoglobulins (or immunoglobulin fragments) identified in skin tissue versus MGCS in which the monoclonal gammopathy is not identified in skin tissue (but is identified systemically).

Objectives

A) Identify monoclonal gammopathies of cutaneous significance (MGCS).


b) Reviews levels of evidence for association between cutaneous findings and monoclonal gammopathy.


c) Review clinical findings , histology, morphology, staining and immunohistochemistry patterns of common and uncommon MGCS.
