Objectives

On completion of this session, session participants should be able to: list the indications for and diagnoses qualifying patients for pulmonary rehabilitation outline the continuum of care of pulmonary rehabilitation from hospitalization to community integration describe and detail the components of the outpatient pulmonary rehabilitation program discuss the literature supporting pulmonary rehabilitation evaluate outcome measures of success for pulmonary rehabilitation interventions
