Description
This course will review diabetes management for adults living with HIV and weight management strategies for all patients with diabetes.

Objectives
Identify the reasons why HIV-infected individuals are at particular risk for type 2 diabetes
Review general management strategies and treatment targets for T2DM
Recognize familiar common non-insulin diabetes medications and drug-drug interactions that occur between these medications and ART
Review general management strategies and treatment targets for weight management and T2DM
