Description
This session will focus on idea generation and implementation of a successful educational project. We will present a three-phase framework- brainstorming, design, and implementation- to guide learners from implementation to execution of a project. We will discuss the steps involved in each phase. This will enable participants to apply the framework to their own educational ideas and develop a plan for implementation of their own educational project.

Objectives
Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to:
- Describe the three phases of a successful educational project.
- Apply the GNOME model for curriculum development.
- Formulate clear objectives for an educational project using Bloom's taxonomy.
- Evaluate the effectives of an educational project using Kirpatrick's four-level framework.
