Objectives
Recognize the clinical presentation and risk factors associated with cervical artery dissection in younger patients presenting with neurologic symptoms.
Interpret vascular imaging findings to identify vertebral artery dissection and assess it's relationship to ischemic stroke risk.
Discuss evidence-based management strategies, including anti-thrombotic therapy, follow-up imaging, and counseling regarding recurrence risk and activity restrictions.
