Description
Ophthalmology Clinical Rounds consist of a 1.5 hour lecture time by faculty and invited speakers who focus on new advances in the clinical and basic science fields of Ophthalmology. Emphasis is placed on contemporary techniques of diagnosis and medical/surgical therapy. The sessions provide a forum for group discussion of difficult or interesting diagnostic/management problems encountered by the specialist.

Objectives
- Recognize the clinical manifestations and ophthalmic presentations of ocular tuberculosis, including anterior, intermediate, posterior, and panuveitis patterns
- Understand the diagnostic approach to ocular tuberculosis, including the role of systemic evaluation, imaging, and immunologic testing (e.g., tuberculin skin test and interferon-gamma release assays)
- Review current management strategies for ocular tuberculosis, including anti-tubercular therapy, the role of corticosteroids, and considerations for immunomodulatory treatment
